The O60s/O70s Friendly XI were formed for the 2022 season, under skipper Mike Banham. Since the Club had grown greatly from about 70 to about 120 in three years, it was thought necessary to give those who were not playing regularly or those who had lost form a chance of competitive cricket in a friendly atmosphere. Mike chose the name Nomads for this team.
