All these games must be played in line with ECB regulations for Covid. Briefly, here is a list of dos and don'ts:
If you have any Covid-19 symptoms DO NOT come to the game.
Do travel to the ground on your own – no car sharing.
Do come ready changed, or able to change outside.
Do bring a small bottle of hand sanitiser with you, and maintain strict and frequent hand hygiene.
No sweat or saliva to be applied to the ball at any time.
Do bring your own cricket tea.
Do bring your own drink, both for during the game and at tea time. Label your bottles and do not share bottles.
Do sanitise your hands every 6 overs at the hygiene break, prior to the tea break and after the game.
Do try to keep yourself and kit within walking distance of your car. If it rains you will need to go to your car.
Do bring all your own kit – no kit sharing.
Do co-operate with the grounds people concerning Covid-19 precautions. They may well ask you to sign in (as part of track and trace) and there may be parking instructions. There may well be directions for the use of the pavilion and toilets during the game.
Do make all transactions cash free. Expect to pay for drinks after the game by contactless card. Expect to pay match fees by bank transfer.
It is likely that any socialising and drinking will be outside the pavilion after the game.
It is likely that there will be one changing room, to be used by one person at a time, only for the purpose of putting on protective equipment.
It is likely that there will be only one toilet open at a time, please follow local instructions on social distancing.
